Meet the Team - Rachael Williams
Rachael has a background in rural community development and project and event management spanning 15 years. With a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours) in Rural Sociology Rachael is now completing a PhD researching community capacity for self help with a specific focus on the respective role of individuals, communities, business and government.
Rachael has played a strong role in representing and supporting young farmers at a State, National and International level, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the breadth of issues affecting Australian agriculture and the agri-political processes.
Rachael has managed events such as conferences with more than 150 attendees and social functions of a similar scale.
Rachael’s working history spans an interesting range of areas including farm safety, drought research, human services and more.
