Program Development, Management & Evaluation

program-development-fullAt Local Logic Place not only can we support organisations and community groups to research and understand their needs but also develop programs and projects to meet these identified needs, manage the delivery of these programs and projects and undertake their acquittal and evaluation.

Our ability to ‘follow through’ alongside a community, their programs and projects from identification and inception to completion and evaluation guarantees simplicity, continuity and partnership.

Equally we can assist with role and time limited elements of program development and management including only one element or any combination of the following:

  • Identifying community needs
  • Undertaking literature and concept background research for projects
  • Developing project briefs including project workplans
  • Writing funding applications
  • Facilitating community meetings / project partnership meetings
  • Program and project design
  • Supporting with planning for sustainability and the management of risk
  • Developing evaluation frameworks that both meet funding bodies requirements and provide project information in a format that is useful to project owners and their communities
  • Completing project acquittals to ensure your project’s outcomes and reporting is able to meet, and exceed, funding body expectations.
