Our Most Recent Work

At Local Logic Place we have exceptional community development skills and experience across our diverse team. Over the past year we have worked with rural communities to assist them to consult community, evaluate programs, research needs and coordinate community based projects. Our most recent work has been:

• Coordination of the SOAR Women’s Leadership Program.
• Engaging community around the feasibility of a Community Centre in Swan Hill.
• Researching and Writing the Balranald Shire Council Social and Community Plan.
• Coordination of the Robinvale Early Literacy, Language & Communication Project for Swan Hill Rural City Council.
• Evaluation of a Mobile Visiting Play Program aimed at improving the school readiness of disadvantaged families in the Robinvale community.
• Writing a Youth Strategy for the Swan Hill Municipality.
• Writing the Drought Social Response and Recovery Plan for the Swan Hill Municipality.
• Providing Group Supervision to Maternal & Child Health Professionals.
• Writing funding submissions for community organisations.
• Facilitating workshops & chairing meetings.
